What To Expect

What to expectWhen you are looking for a veterinary care clinic you should be able to count on superior care and excellent service. We at Pet Medical Center have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We develop clinic protocols based on the latest research, guidelines published by AAHA, AVMAAAFP; and consultation with veterinary specialists. Our entire staff is required to complete continuing education throughout the year to include classes, conferences, and in clinic training. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient. Call 254-690-6769 to schedule an appointment or use our convenient online appointment booking to find a time that is convenient for you.

At Pet Medical Center, our goal is to treat each pet as if they were our own. We recommend a wellness visit for your pet every six months so that we can identify and address problems promptly. This will include a full physical exam, with recommendations for testing and treatment based on their age and breed. Recommendations may include teeth and gum cleaning if needed. We will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Pet Medical Center for service.

Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It is best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. We will work with whatever information you have.

In some circumstances, we will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as neurology, ophthalmology, cardiology, internal medicine, orthopedics, or surgery.
